Liquid filling machine operation skills

The use of any mechanical equipment is dangerous. Liquid filling machine is a very common filling equipment. I believe everyone is familiar with the operation skills of this equipment, but some of them still hope to share with you:

1. When we disassemble the machine, we must first power off;

2. After the start button, we must not directly touch the photoelectric switch of the filling station by hand. In order to ensure the correct identification of the container by the liquid filling machine, there will be no bottle filling phenomenon;

3. Place the grounding power socket, because the liquid filling machine should have good grounding to avoid electric shock;

4. Power must be cut off during maintenance, because some circuits in the electrical control of the liquid filling machine still have voltage;

5, the premise of the skill is safety, we must ensure the use of the power and gas source in accordance with the provisions of the liquid filling machine ;

6. The second half of the machine (near the control button) is equipped with electrical control components. Under no circumstances should you flush the body directly with water. Otherwise, there is a danger of electric shock and damage to the electrical control components.
